Correction and removal requests
How to ask that information about a property be corrected or removed from this site.
How to request
Email privacy@propertyrecordslookup.com with the subject line "Correction / removal request." To help us locate the right page, please include:
- the full URL of the page in question (copy it from your browser's address bar), or the property address and folio number shown on the page;
- whether you are requesting a correction (and what is inaccurate) or removal of the page from this site;
- a brief reason for the request.
You do not need to create an account, and you should not send sensitive personal documents by email.
What we can and cannot do
- We can review the page you identify and, where appropriate, remove it from this site or mark it so it is not indexed by search engines.
- We cannot change, correct, or remove the official county record. This site is independent and not affiliated with any government agency. Removing a page here does not alter the county's public record, and the same information may remain available from the county and other sources.
Correcting the underlying record
If the county's own record is wrong, the correction must be made at the source — contact the Hillsborough County Property Appraiser or Clerk of Court. Once the county record is corrected, a future refresh of this site will reflect the change.
